1. Services

Autoify builds and manages workflow automation systems for businesses. Each project is defined by a scope, timeline, and fixed price agreed upon before work begins.

2. What's Included

In every project: A clearly scoped automation system built to your requirements. Design, development, and deployment of the agreed-upon solution. 30 days of free maintenance after launch (bug fixes and minor tweaks). Email support during the maintenance period.

With an active monthly subscription: Ongoing hosting, management, and maintenance. Third-party tool subscriptions (n8n, Make, CRMs, etc.) included in the monthly fee. Email support.

3. What's Not Included

• New features or scope changes outside the original agreement (quoted separately)
• 24/7 emergency support
• Services that become unavailable or change terms from third-party providers

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your tools and processes
• Review and accept the scope before work begins
• Communicate issues promptly during the maintenance period

5. Payment

Fixed-price projects are billed at the agreed terms. Monthly subscriptions cover all tool costs, hosting, and maintenance - billed on a recurring basis. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fees.

6. Ownership

Everything we build for you is yours. You own it completely.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We never share your data with third parties except as needed to deliver the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

We build to your specifications and are not liable for data loss from third-party tools, outages, or decisions based on system outputs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
